Took the kids to see Bolt 3D. Highly recommend the film! The pick and mix was really impressive as each type of sweet had an ingredients list together with an allergy advice panel. This made choosing very easy!
My son Niall was diagnosed as having Coeliac about 6 years ago. These means that for medical reasons he has to have a gluten free diet.
I thought I'd start a blog to share our experiences good and bad.
This is no substitute for proper advice. The Coeliac UK web site gives excellent information. However I thought that a Dad's view might help others. Niall is now 8 and we've had more successes that failures!
I've often thought about buying pic and mix from cinemas but do you not worry about cross-contamination from the scoops? I've never risked it...
